Policy of Control of Trade In Goods , Technologies, and Strategic Services

Management and Board of Directors of Radmor S.A. fully identifying itself with the obligations undertaken by Republic of Poland in international agreements and regimes of control of weapons of mass destruction intended to maintain worldwide peace and security, constantly improve Internal Compliance Programme and declares that:

Our company does not take part in any business transactions with persons or organisations engaged in proliferation of the weapons of mass destruction, violating human rights or/and international regulations of trade in strategic goods and technologies.

Our company rules out any possibility of making profits from transactions executed against the laws and regulations related to trade in strategic goods, strategic technologies and services, applicable in Republic of Poland and European Union.

Our company comply with every regulation related to trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance. Every nonconformity with those regulations will be eliminated.

Employees engaged in trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance are fully aware of the sanctions and consequences related to violation of the rules governing those operations.

In order to implement above mentioned declarations:

  1. Management of Radmor S.A. and its employees commit themselves to do not make any profits in a manner inconsistent with the international and national laws and policies of Republic of Poland and European Union related to trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance.
  2. Internal Compliance Programme (ICP) of trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance, specifying procedures and scope of responsibilities of every employee related to those procedures has been implemented in Radmor S.A. Every employee who will violate regulations of ICP will be severely punished, that includes getting fired. If employee will be guilty of violation of applicable laws and regulations he will be held criminally responsible.
  3. Scope of operational duties of every department and work description card of every employee includes obligation to fully adhere to the demands of ICP.
  4. In case of nonconformity with the ICP has been detected Management of Radmor S.A. and its employees take effective measures to eliminate such nonconformity.
  5. Representative of CEO in ICP has been appointed by the company management and became responsible for:

      a) Maintaining compliance of ICP with the demands of:

          I)  COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 428/2009

             II)  Act of 29 November 2000 (Journal of laws 2013.194 with changes)

          III)  Family of norm ISO 9000

             IV)  Procedure P1.WSK.02

     b) Improvement of ICP
